This is pretty cool if you havn't tried it before.

1) Relax

2) Concentrate on the four vertical dots in the middle of the picture for about 30-40 seconds.

3) Look at a wall or smooth surface near you and you will see a circle of light forming.

4) Blink a few times and you will see the image.
